Shipping Time Estimates
Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by USPS.
The order processing time (which is typically the same or next business day) may also affect when you actually receive the product. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to ensure you get it in plenty of time
Delays
We offer a 21-business day order protection guarantee. If you don’t receive your order after 15 days* from the day it shipped, we will issue you a full refund.
*Please note the delays are very rare and are mainly caused by customs or extreme weather conditions. We hope for your patience and understanding if this should happen.
Tracking Your Order
You will get an order confirmation email when you placed your order and when the package is ready to ship.
That email has a link to your personal Order Status Page which has updated tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Any brand new BibBoards (unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging) can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Custom orders
No Refunds on CUSTOM orders. Pictures may be vary of clarity due to low resolution of your photo submission. We print what you submit.
NOTE:
Do not return defective items. Your return will be denied and no refund will be issued. If you received a defective item, please contact Customer Service.
You may choose to receive a store credit or get a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs will not be credited.
How To Return Your Product
If you are the original purchaser, start your return process by submitting a request for product return email info@BibBoards.co.za.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved and:
If you asked for a store credit, you will receive an email with an electronic gift card number to the value of your return.
If you asked for a refund of your original form of payment, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Because of the way Apple Pay works, refunds will appear as balance in your Apple Pay account (not the credit card you used).
Please note that a processing fee of R80.00 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
It is your responsibility to return the product in acceptable condition. If your returned item is damaged (whether by you, or during transit), you may not receive the full product value.
